The High Energy Behavior of the Forward Scattering Parameters—An Amplitude Analysis Update

چکیده
Utilizing the most recent experimental data, we reanalyze high energy p̄p and pp data, using the asymptotic amplitude analysis, under the assumption that we have reached ‘asymptopia’. This analysis gives strong evidence for a log (s/s0) dependence at current energies and not log(s/s0), and also demonstrates that odderons are not necessary to explain the experimental data. Asymptotic High Energy Behavior of the Deeply Virtual Compton Scattering Amplitude †
We compute the deeply virtual Compton scattering (DVCS) amplitude for forward and backward scattering in the asymptotic limit. Since this calculation does not assume ordering of the transverse momenta, it includes important logarithmic contributions that are beyond those summed by the DGLAP evolution. These contributions lead to a power-like behavior for the forward DVCS amplitude. This work is...

متن کاملSize-Dependent Large Amplitude Vibration Analysis of Nanoshells Using the Gurtin-Murdoch Model
Shell-type nanostructures have recently attracted a lot of attention due to their several applications. The surface stress effect plays an important role in the mechanical behavior of such structures because of their large surface-to-volume ratio. In this paper, an analytical approach is presented for analyzing the geometrically nonlinear free vibrations of cylindrical nanoshells. In order ...
متن کاملAnalysis of the dynamic behavior of the car user in the irregular terrain
Many people experience vibration effects on whole-body throughout their lives frequently. Vibrating energy absorbed is exposed all-body caused with vibration hazard in the vertically on body and biodynamic responses from body in speed 2.37 to 5.14 m/s could captivate with car seat on user body, so the vibration energy transferred to a seated people body. In this paper, the human body is modeled...

These authors used Finite Energy Sum Rules an...
